The past two weeks have been very challenging on a physical level!
I had to deal with a severe low back pain that forced me to slow down A LOT!!
Getting dressed; waking up from the bed; walking …the simplest things were a true adventure and I had to:
1) ask for help;
2) change the rhythm of my days;
3) observe supreme self care.
I’ve learnt a lot about my needs and myself during this period of time.
A lot of answers emerged as I kept the dialogue with my body alive.
I know this is to heal myself and proceed to the next level of my personal evolution & awareness AND I’ve learnt that part of all this is the purging of Humanity! I feel and perceive Human Shifts through my body!
So much pain and fear Women and Men had to go through in regards of the Sexual part of their lives. We are “cleaning the house”, the sacred space within us that holds our Sexuality and we are setting ourselves free to live it fully and joyously!
In today’s video I share with You the insights I’ve got during the last two weeks of physical discomfort in my Back Sacral Chakra; so that You can be encouraged to TRUST your body!
